I am facing a problem from my wife, she already filed a case against me u/s 498a, 406 & 34 as well as PWDVA 2005. Before lodging FIR, police forcefully taken my statment wherein they mentioned I should sold my residential flat and all amount should be deposited into bank in my son's name. They harrssed me a lot for the same.
I had taken that flat on loan, I obtained a NOC from Housing Finance Company, Society & My Wife and sold that flat to a third party; this delayed the process and one fine day after the deal was in the middle my wife taken possession of the said flat as her matrimonial house. The third party complaint was taken by Police but due to pressure from Higher Authority of Home, no action was taken against my wife. My brother in law working in State Home Department, everytime OSD/PA or PS Called police station for no action.
In mean time, I and third party did not pay any installment and informed Housing Company for the same. But no action taken from their end. Now I learned they auction my flat at lesser price to my brother in law's friend. But I already transferred share certificate earlier, now they are pressuring me by way of involving me in cheating case.
What is the ideal way out in this case. Its urgent.
