Using my baby as weapon

 

First that for posting  your baby as its very cute.

You are a good woman as you said that “I get divorced I won't be able to threaten him for alimony and this the reason his parents are hurrying to get divorced. he has also left his job and now saying that I am unemployed.”You also said that “ I don't want to do all this. I want to live and let him live too”(498a etc.)

 

I have already answer it and remember that  its not too easy to get child custody as husband also have a right as it a kid that requires love and affection from you and also your husband. After years your marriage how you   can say that “I am a Physical Therapist and want to work in US. But he is not allowing me to do so indirectly. May be he is jealous”You also said that “I can take my son abroad with me anytime but he is not signing consent form for my baby's passport” So, its means that your husband have no right and love for your kids? How you can say that?If husband is jealous according to you and you are selfish.You also said that He knows I am serious about my career and have good future in USA.so,he is jealous about your carrer.so,you left your husband because of your carrer.you left your husband for the sake of your career  and what about your kids that requires love and affections?You left your husband as you said that I am getting good job offers in Texas since I am a Physical Therapist and want to work in US. But he is not allowing me to do so indirectly.so,left your husband for the sake of career.

 

And lastly you said that ‘Even if I file case for this sole custody it will take lot of time and it’s not easy to win such cases in India. And my husband plans to waste all my time which he is enjoying to fullest.” There is no way as you have to  wait and watch.

Why your husband waste your time ?

You said that He was working in very renowned hospital in R&D dept. but he says he has resigned. I think he got fired from his job and now he is jealous of my success.now if he is fired and come to India and as you said waste your time as he is jobless he is wasting your time .Lastly you post this topic and what a title you have said that “Using my baby as weapon “    Husband using your baby as weapon ,so accordind to you he has no right for his own baby.Remember,life don’t run according to  you.

I do agree with Khushan sir..   if you were in your husbands position, what would be your action? So introspect yourself..

Husband have lost everything faith,wife,Job,and now kids.

Looks like you have read all about possible laws including criminal laws like IPC 498a you can use on husband, but did not do so yet. Could that be the reason he is not signing on the consent form yet? Does he feels assured that after signing the form, you will not withdraw the mutual consent divorce petition and file 489a, DV, maintenance cases on him? When people try to solve marital problems through legal means, such things are possible because both sides try to take maximum possible advantage of legal recourses. Anyone thought about the 1 yr old child?
