Pl note, as per recent Supreme Court Order, the stamp paper can be used for any period, there is no fixed validity period like 6 months as presumed. Validity of 6 months is for cancelling or claiming the money back. This is applicable for India.

If the Stamp paper is executed than the validity is forever and if it has not been executed than validity will be of 90 days from the date of purchase in Delhi. Regards, www.edrafter.in 7836993369
