Visitation right

Hi all

My wife file for divorce in 2009. I got visitation on mutual consent on june 2010 for 2 hrs a month.

Till dec 2012 i hardly meet with my son 3 time only after too many calls to her lawyer.

We file contempt in jan 2013  which is pending in court & i succeed to meet with my son for 5 day's.

After that 8 dates passes no success, court ask her lawyer to present the kid which is 12 year boy to court but on every date they ask for one more date, some time they ask kid is out of town, exams, lawyer's mother was ill & all excuses bla bla. In between my wife move to her parents home that is out of our state. I want to know how can i proceed is there any other option with us to stay connected with my son ?

If she is not respecting the court order, file a contempt of court case on her, in fact instead of visiation rights, you can even file a case for custody of the child.
