Visitation right denied by respondent

petitioner (father) was granted visitation right once a month in dlsa office. but respondent (wife) has not produced the minor child and defied the visitation rights. petitioner filed  ep for execution.. respondent failed to respond to ep before the court.. nbw issued by the court for producing child. the respondent disappeared along with minor child about 3 months back pending nbw. her address is not known to petitioner or court. nbw could not be served. no property lies in her name no attachment can be done. i filled a ia for proclamation u/s 82 crpc. court says no provision for proclamation under family law or guardian ship act.

what can be done now? what is the legal remedy?

May I know under which Act n section you got visitation rights?

You are also responsible for that....its you duty to provide the new address of your wife if its not available. In my opinion you can collect the information from your relative or well wisher. 9891000491
