YOu can move an application what harm can it have . Her lawyer will put objection so what you have to counter it . Ask for shorter dates may be you may get diwali or you may get winter holidays 

Court called her from Mumbai and handed over the child to me for few hours,their faces were f**ked.

Now 2 applications are pending and they wil come up for decision on 21st Dec

1.Contempt -where in her lawyer has submitted self made sheet that I talk to my son daily so no contempt and I have insisted on "SERVICE PROVIDER" bill and told court that he he is avoiding it deliberately so contempt should be proceeded against her .

2.My winter visitation -which also he opposed and said :its Gairkanooni:i argued my case myself and asked court that its is violation of my fundamental rights as well as child is held with them in an illegal maner as my Ex in May 2012 signed a document in Ajmer against me in 498A case stating her address as that of Ajmer and not Mumbai,\

I showed that document also to Judge.

I will also be moving Perjury against her as I have evidence that she lied in her affidavit.I got little succes when she was called to court and lets hope step by step Truth Wins.
