Want to bring my kids

Dear sirs,

Kindly help me to get my kids back.

Due to family issues my wife is staying @ her home town with her mother from last two years including my two kids (Boys having 8 years & 5 years). Please go through the below what i have done from past three years.....

1) i got married in April 2004. as said above from Oct 2011 she was staying @ her home. We called for counsiling at DSP Office @ Dec 19 2011, but she was not attended. So we dont have any proffs for that. After several negotiations she came @ April 2012. I got  promotion and transfard to Delhi @ Jun 2012. She was again left @ 1Nov 2012. I have filed a case on district family court to come back to my home @ Feb 2013. But "Judge" post was not filled till Jun 2014. So every month they are giving the dates to attend.

2) Now she filed a maintaince case in Dec 2013. But that time Judge was sick. So again postponed to Jan 2014.

Now From last one and half year i have tried several times to talk / see my kids. I have approched police stations also. but its no use. they said go and file a case for custody.

My lawyer saying that you already filed a case to come, and wait for judge when ever he come he will tell you what to do or blaaaa.....may be he is correct but..waiting till july 2014 again one more year will lose.. now they are studying in a local convent school. (Previously they are studying at corporate school)

How i can proceed to get my kids.....?

Dear Querist

it will be better to file a custody case for our children u/s 25 of GWA read with section 12 of GWA for visitation rights.

if the district judge is not avaliable then the link judge is also present & the matter may be hear by another judge.

feel free to call
