To register an LLP in India, you’ll need at least two designated partners, with at least one being an Indian resident. The process includes obtaining a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for all partners, applying for a Director Identification Number (DIN), and reserving the LLP name through the MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) portal. Once the name is approved, you’ll submit Form FiLLiP with required documents, such as ID and address proof of partners, and the LLP Agreement, which outlines roles and capital contributions. Once approved, the MCA issues a Certificate of Incorporation, completing the registration. Click here to get registered: llp registration
