What if allegation proved as false in maintenance case

could you tell us the  allegations that are proved as false in order to reply ??

Maintanence would be decided on the daily cost of living . Secondly your pay slip and your liabities in hand .In case your wife is earning than she would not be getting maintanence but if you have children and they are with her than you would have to provide for the children . Else in case you get custody than you would have to take care of the children . 

Necked away from Home – Actually travelled by Air (Flight Ticket Booked By me)

Not responded on telephone – More than 100 Phone calls from my mobile number (I Submitted      

                                                      Calllist in court)

Not accepted me back – I booked return journey tickets and mail to her (She was accepted during

                                           cross examination)

                                          My father visited to her home to bring her back (She was accepted during

                                           cross examination)

My family numbers harassed for dowry – My family number never meet her (She was accepted

                                                                         during cross examination)

Her father presented 5 lacs as dowry – Till now they are not submitted Source of income

if children are with her then you need to pay for them. Acc to above mentioned facts you can manage to prove that she is staying without any reasonable cause and you were ready to accept her. All the best
