What is meant by exh-6 warrant application (summon allowed)

I changed my address three years ago. Without my knowledge one party misused my blank cheque and filed case in court.

Party don"t know my new address, and i didn"t received any legal notice or court summons till date.

Today there was 7th hearing date, i didn't go because i have no information about case and summons.

But today found in online and saw following remarks "EXH -6 WARRANT APPLICATION (summons allowed)

Below remark is SUMMON READY

and next date is 17 August 2022.

So please guide me what's is the meaning of this sentence and court remark.

that guy was misused ur cheque it means when u lost ur cheque u made any complaint or N.C. complaint
