If the district forum directs the OP to handover possession of flat and disposes of the complaint and then the OP files an appeal in the state commission, does the OP has to handover the flat as per direction of district forum or he can withhold till appeal is decided? I thought unless the OP gets a stay on the lower forum order directing him to handover possession he has to handover the flat as per the forum directions. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Dear Mahesh you are right, district fourm order is valid till the stay order from higher forum has not pronounced. go for the execution of the DF order
