One of my long distant relative, who often used to fight with my family, has immolated her husband in order to falsely my brothet and his wife and few more relative.
Now i what to knew what will be the process to followed by us, as He has given his statement .
Thanks for help in advance, still police has not arrested anybody.

Can we ask for FIR copy from Police Station or only Complaitaint can get this.

FIR is a public document, anybody can get a copy by paying a fee of Rs. 2/- per page.
