Dear Experts,
Last week i got divorced as per mutual agreement. Now i have to file applcation in delhi HC for quashing of FIR. My questions are as below.
1. Girl statement is not yet recorded in MM Court where FIR proceedings are going.
2. Her statement is firstly mandatory in the trial court only than i can move to HC?
Please confirm as i am doing all my case proceedings as party in person.
