which are laws prevailing in the state of jammu and kashmir

in every laws, we see that this act is not applicable in the state of jammu and kashmir than i wish to know which are laws applicable in the state of jammu and kashmir .

if a person of kashmire commits cheating , than under which laws he can be prosecuted

 Under Article 370 of the Constitution of India The State of Jammu & Kashmir enjoys the privilege of special status and is the only state of the union of India  which has theirs own Constitution besides the Constitution of India...

So far as the Penal laws are concerned  Ranbir Penal Code( R.P.C.) are applicable in J & K which is almost similar with the Indian Penal code ( I.P.C.)..
