Who is eligible for grandmother's property

My grandmother has some property(a house) on her name. My grandfather had some property( agriculture land) on his name he was expired.

I am assuming that all the property which was my grandfather's now belong to my grandmother.

My grandmother has 4 sons(let me name them as S1,S2,S3,S4) and 1 daughter (married long back let me name her as D1)

all S1,S2,S3,S4 and D1 are married and has children (I am one among them son of S1)and few of these grandsons and granddaughters are married.

Now who is actually eligible for the property of my gradmother? Are all the grandsons and granddaughters including D1 children??

what if she(my grandmother) likes only two grandsons(I being not one among them) or two sons (my father not being one among them) and write a will saying that the property blongs to them without notifying us. Can I or my father fight?

My Grandfather had some part of property from ancestors and some part was earned by himself.

Mygrandmother's property (a house in town) is gited by my grandfather to my grandmother.

So according to you she can give that property to anyone she likes?

Cant I fight for that?
