Wife-parents

Respected Seniors,

I am a Law student.

I would like to have some clarification on the following issue:-

1). One couple married ten year before. having no kids, Wife is residing with husband in Northindia, wants to go her parental house at South India. Due to communication gap and other problems/disputes (not monetary) related to self-respect of the husband he postponed to send her. Meanwhile the brother of the wife booked a railway ticket and asked to take printout at her place of her own and given guidelines to get the same.

Wife is purely willing to go. and blackmailing her husband if he tries to stop her she will/may suicide.

when this type of activities repeating again and again, we can understand there is no value of the word of the husband and blunderly her parents bypassing the husband.

Is this practice is correct? How husband can protest the activity of her brother (he is employee of a pvt. co.)?

How legal rights of husband be protected?

Here one more twist is wife's brother never send his wife to her parental house since his marriage (held before 3 years).

This may be a clearcut interference of personal life...

Please suggest/guide to resolve the problem.

Yours...

Though your idea is a noble one...Kid. Stay away from married couple. What they do is their headache. Concentrate on your studies.
