I simply ask if it is otherwise corraborated through the evidences/ witnesses that the witness was not present at the place where it is reportedly executed, what is the legal position.

It is not strange, if Mr. Jigyasu has pointed out that the main query has been ignored to be replied by the experts, BUT IT IS CERTAINLY QUITE STRANGE that Mr. Kumar Doab, without having any knowledge on the issue, FAILED TO TOUCH THE MAIN ISSUE RAISED BY THE QUERIST, IN SPITE OF SEVERAL POSTS IN SPITE OF MAKING SEVERAL OF HIS VAGUE POSTS IN REPLY TO THE QUESTION.

Now, since Mr. Kumar Doab, just with the aim of making one more post has stated, "Mr.GANDHI MOHAN BHARATI is right," but I bet he is still not able to prove how Mr. Gandhi Mohan Bharti is right in saying that it is crime on the part of the witness!

If as per his own knowledge he feels that Mr. Gandhi Mohan Bharati is right, Mr. KUMAR DOAB MAY TAKE MY OPEN CHALLENGE TO PROVE THAT THE WITNESS COMMITTED A CRIME AND ALSO SHOULD QUOTE RELEVANT SECTION UNDER WHICH HE COMMITTED A CRIME!

I FEEL THAT THIS IS NOT ADORUM TO CHALENGE ANYONE. wE HAVE EXPRESSED OUR OPINION. iS IS UPTO YOU TO ACCEPT OR REJECT.

I can understand the plight of Mr. Kumar Doab and also that he would have spent sleepless night, which is duly represented by the frustration and irritation of Mr. Kumar Doab demonstrated through the contents of his post.
