Hi,
we are two married sisters and one brother. we have a house that is incomplete. we also have a land on my mother's name. we gave dowry at the time of marriage. i am planning to take a loan to complete the house and also has been contributing to build that house from long time. i want to know as i am investing a good amount in the house how to aquire the property in my name as my father wants me to take it. also my brother in law is asking money. also to make my wife safer financially. is will safer or doing a sale deed in my name for the present house. and i dont want to get any permission from my sisters. kindly help so that i can take a decision or choose not to invest in the house. also please note my parents are fitgting on this issue and my mother wants to give the property to my sisters. i getting lot of disturbance due to this. please advise.
