Without using word sub lease

 

respected seniors

A company had taken 10000 sft in second floor for business purpose from B and made lease agreement

Now A want to give 2000 sft for Sub lease to C for six months only 

A without using sub lease word what agreement can A and C can do agreement because

between A and B there is a clause that A should not give sub lease

You want to circumvent the clause prohibiting sub letting.  What ever you do it can be a subletting, even if there is no clause the Rent Control Act prohibits subletting unless there is a positive concent from the building owner.  But you can circumvent the clause of subletting in the agreement or in the Act by entering into a contract of partnership or an agreement of agency, this is not fool proof, you have to be very careful while drafting.
