'Equal work- Equal pay" is the principle, there is no such gender priority in working hours.

Answer to your question paper is:

Section 51 of the Factories Act, 1948 provide:

51. Weekly hours—No adult worker shall be required or allowed to work in a factory for more than

forty-eight hours in any week.

Before giving examination you are required and advised to post relevant facts for proper consideration and obligation of experts, if it is a real story.
