Writ for demolition of sites.

A private layout m has formed sites in park. The park land belongs to our ancestral property.

On enquiry it was found it is a bogus private layout without approvals.

This private develoepers has fabrivated one gpa and  has sold sites in park misrepresenting our land to be land of someother person As gpa holder in 1990.

Also misrepresentation is made in land commissioner office saying land belongs to other person and land conversion order is obtained and in conversion order granted, it is Clearly said land coming under park should not be used for residential purposeL also contains demolish of building if violation is made. This has come to our knowledge recently.

Can writ be involved for demolishing of building and rrestoring the land to original land owenrs.?

The facts posted are less than convincing. How could it be that such massive construction that has taken more than than three decades ago has come to your notice only recently!

Any how, no Writ lies over the issue. The remedy could be pursued only through a civil action.

If you are having any rights in the property and feel that this was fraudlently grabed by the developers by impersonating or forged documents, then you can file a suit for declaration of title, delivery of possession and a mandatory injunction to demolish the structurte raised on the acquired property
