There i no provision of arrest under domestic violence act so no use for applying bail before arrest. There is no bar to grant anticipatory bail even in cases of 498 A IPC, however, it depends upon case to case and this is discretionary power of the Sessions Judge.riven

Anticipatory bail application results as per the discreation of Judges power, may get or may reject. resons qouted in bail application must be strong n geniune to get on bail n some conditions will be imposed. I didnt come across with any anticipatory bail for domestic volience. "Act" itself reads to protect the women.riven
