Bailiff by court

Guest (Querist) 18 March 2022 This query is : Resolved
Can anyone please confirm, when a civil judge says "issue warrants of possession of the suit property and appointment of bailiff by decree holder" , what does it mean ? And once the bailiff visits the house for possession for the first time, what does he do exactly? Will he throw the stuff out of the house and lock the room ? Or will he give notice and a warning to vacate the house? Is there any way by which one can avoid bailiff for the first time ? What can I tell the bailiff so that he goes back politely? please advice

You have stated in your query, inter alia, that a civil judge says "issue warrants of possession of the suit property and appointment of bailiff by decree holder" means the decree holder has filed an execution petition wherein the executing judge has directed to issue warrants of possession of the suit property by Nazir and appointment of Bailiff by Administrative Civil Judge for execution of warrants of possession.
Warrants of possession of suit property is a notice to judgment debtor to satisfy the execution petition before taking possession of the subject property.
Consult a local prudent lawyer if it is your personal case / true story and not an academic exercise.
