Hello,
Have a further query,for a bank auction property can the builder refuse to give NOC to purchaser of Bank auction property asking first transfer fees to be paid.(If society not yet formed)

Bank have special rights to recover their dues.

Hello,
i didnt put my query properly, actually what i am asking is after buying the auction property from the bank ,can the builder refuse to give NOC to buyer of auction property (wher society is not formed) because without NOC from Builder the buye rof auction propeerty will not be able to stay in flat

builder cannot refuse NOC.

builder will collect his pound of flesh before transferring the flat . builder will charge trnasfer charges

Builder has every right to recover transfer fee but he cannot refuse to provide NOC.
