Dear Sir,
In my ssc certificate it's mentioned as S. SADHIQ BASHA but it's SHAIK SADHIQ BASHA. At that time i didn't have any problem but now when adhar came it is becoming a problem in as i applied for scholarship for my graduation with same name necessary in Adhar and SSC as S SADHIQ BASHA. But for pan card it asking full name and should be same in Adhar as SHAIK SADHIQ BASHA.How can i solve this problem.

I have secured admission to a University in the US for pursuing Masters and to support my education, I have planned to avail an education loan from SBI with collateral. My dad will be the co-borrower and we are pledging our ancestral property, which was handed down to him by his father after partition.
However, in the partition that took place in the year 1973, two of my father's sisters were not a party and had not signed the deed. But they have taken possession of their part and paid their taxes accordingly. Subsequently, they had sold their part after a couple of years as well.
Now I have approached SBI for loan pledging my father's part in the partition. The lawyer who is giving the opinion says that since they were not a part of the deed, they can get the deed canceled even now in the legal eye, else I will have to produce proof that they have sold the land(It's been 45 years since the original partition deed)
Could someone please let me know if this view is correct

i have taken loan from bank for my higher studies but.not able to paid it on time because i am not employed and my acount got NPA.
and bank send notice to nilami padhadhikar and i got a letter from bank and the nilam padhadhikari.but court does not called me.i visit 3 times to court and the clerk extended my date by 1 month each time.
now i have got selected in a psu job under GOI and i have to fill attestation form in which some of the question asked like this

Sir, i have completed my B.com from a self financing college. Now i had completed my course and when i go to collect my TC and Caution Deposit which i was paid at the time of taking admission of Rs.1000. Now the management told that they will refund only Rs.300. They told us that the college is collecting a Comman fine from every students of Rs. 500 and They will deduct Rs. 200 for allumini fees also... But the management is not saying details about the comman fine of Rs. 500, they are deduct
Rs.700 from each every students by saying Comman fine and Allumini fees. In our college their is around 2000+ students and they will deduct Rs.700 from Caution Deposit of each students....
Is their any rule for college to take 50% caution deposit as Comman fine from every student??? And the college is not ready to explain about the Comman fine too...
Is it compelsery for every student to pay Alumini fees Rs. 200???
If college collects 500rs from eacj students.. they will get Rs.1000000 from students by collecting a comman fine..
What is this common fine? Is their any rule for management to collect common fine from each and every student... ?
Can i handle this legally? Can i file a Complaint against this?
How can we get our caution deposit ?
Anybody please help us !!!

my BA result is hauled by one year due to UFM (Unfair Means) in fourth semester. i have been told that having the UFM tag makes you unfit for government jobs. i wanted to know is this so? is my career ruined by the UFM?

Respected sir my husband belongs to OBC and we need to apply for the non creamy layer certificate. My husband's permanent address is from Aurangabad. We shifted to Vasai 15 years back .we have not made fashion card also .we live in a rented house of our relative .The qstn arises is the office people needed permanent address or rented recept which we don't have..what are the other options.please guide.Thank you.

Name changed on college certificates
Sir I have changed my father name bcoze that's wrong put on primary register .school .. after 12 th I have changed name Govind RAMBHAU Rathod to Govind rajebhau Rathod .... After 12 th I got gazzet copy and I have changed after 12 th .. college LC and certificates name in pune university now my all docoments after 12th Govind rajebhau Rathod on certificate ... But 1 to 12 th name on school board certificates Govind RAMBHAU Rathod ............ Any problems comes to me sir .... That situvation
