WHY WE NEED "CERTIFIED COPY" AND WHAT IS THE USAGE OF IT IN THE COURT OF LAW, AND HOW WE CAN OBTAIN IT, IS THERE ANY PROCEDURE FOR AVAILING IT ?

Recently I downloaded my caste certificate from Nadakacheri.ka.gov.in and that is digitally signed by special tahsildar chikodi of district belagavi.can I use this certificate to my next education purposes directly? Because of differentness from my friends caste certificate Should I need to confirm that certificate from Tehasildar office?

I have passed matric two times from bihar board,once in 2009 but in 2011 i failed in intermediate exam and then in lack of knowledge i appear in matric exam in 2012 once again.After that i continued my study on 2nd matriculation(2012) and in 2017 i completed my graduation all from bihar.if i selected in govt. job like ssc cgl through 2nd certificate and anybody claims that i have passed matric two times then what problems i have to face?plz suggest me.how i can be legal?

I appeared for I.B.P.S P.O Mains exam 2017 on 26.11.2017. I faced an unusual technical glitch during exam due to which I could not complete the exam and for which I lodged a complaint at the center as well as online at I.B.P.S grievance portal. The officials at the center refused to give me an acknowledgement and I.B.P.S is also not giving me a clear-cut answer that whether my case has been considered or not. I am following up my complaint and now I.B.P.S is repeating same reply again and again that they have nothing to add other than previous reply.
Result can be declared at any time from now and I am very confused to what to do now. I need some good legal advice as what can I do as this is my last chance for a bank job.

A great hurdle in life
Sir/Madam,
I'm a final year student of B.Tech Enginnering course, I got a job offer from a company which was brought for campus recruitment drive by the training & placement department of my college. The company demands me to join at a place out of my residing state by next week of this month. My final year semester is after 5 to 6 months. College HOD (Head of Dept.) and TPO (Training & Placement Officer) are telling me verbally to go and join and they will allow me to appear for my final semester exam which is going to be held on May/June as this had happened for previous year candidates also. What should I do??... I am very upset regarding taking the correct decision. Another thing is worrying me that in future after any investigation if it is found that I was not present in classes or fulfilled attendance criteria (to appear for last semester) of UGC or my University ..will my whole 4 years B.Tech degree be cancelled?.. I need your help.. With warm regards.
