We were supposed to allot land in Rajasthan in 1971 as per the agreement between two states but we were not alloted the land asper the agreement as land was a big hill where farming was not possible and till now it is not possible. Since it was the failure and fraudulent activites by the govt of Rajasthan that the land we supposed to get in 1971, we got the land in 2020.
So my question is am i eligible to file a case against the govt of Rajasthan for the compensation for loss of farming for last 49 years. And we have all the documents that proof that govt of Rajasthan broke the agrement and didnt listen to us after contacting them several time

Mene ek civil suit dakhil kiya jisme me registered vasiyat ko laagu karane ke liye dakhil kiya jisme mere chacha ne ek unregistered vasiyat dakhil kar di jo mujhe pata hai farzi hai me mene FIR karai par police ne kuch kiya nahi FR laga di me ab 340 crpc move karna chah raha hu kya kar sakta hu or kya hoga aage kya farzi vasiyat ko forensic bhejh sakti hai court kya .please experts help me kya kar sakta hu bataye ke liye

Dear experts
In 2013 an empty promissory duly signed given to a person for the security purpose and security cancelled and forgotten the promissory note. Now the person filed a suit for rs. 15 lakhs @percent per month saying 2016 on another who is not known to him
With out knowing the person .
Every advocate is saying that signature is yours and hence you have to pay.
With out taking any amount how can i pay that too 15 lakhs with interest.
Kindly give an advice on this.

My Unmarried aunt died intestate .She made me joint account holder in one account with either or survivor clause and Nominee in another account as the other account was pension account .The entire money was her self earned Someone else performed last rights as I could not reach on time .
Kindly guide how will the amount be distributed.

There is partition preliminary decree between me and my sister and my sister's siblings brought up two gift deeds from the past 40 years ancestral documents claiming gift deeds from father and grandmother respectively in the partition suit after preliminary decree. The gift deeds were registered based on unprobated wills after preliminary decree. My sisters son and daughter filed gift deed and Will independently in the partition suit. The property belongs to my late mother who has purchased the property from bonafide owner. Now my sister and their children are occupying the property. We got preliminary decree can I have a right to dispose to third persons or I should file final decree proceedings for share in undivided property. How can gift deeds and will is treated when it is filed after preliminary decree in partition suit that too 40 years old will.
Please advise me.

Hi, Interesting situation, the employee was verbally abuse in front of fellow colleague and on being complaint to higher management about abuse by superior, employee was terminated. Employee filed complaint with labour commissioner against it and then before labour court and proceeding is pending at this moment before labour court. Employee pursued everything in person without the help of lawyer and right now also fighting in person before labour court. It is the case of employee that he want compensation from concern superior for defamation but thought that labour commissioner and labour court will give it because it is employer employee dispute. Now he realised that for this separate suit for recovery needs to be filed for defamation damage. It is more than one year and out of limitation for civil suit for recovery of damages of defamation. If period spent before labour commissioner and labour court is excluded for computation u\s 14 of limitation act then suit for damages will be within limitation. What do you think about it? Any chances of success in this? Thank you.

Public nuisance
Children playing in our flat are always shouting and creating nuisance during playing. Already informed them several times but they and their parents are not listening. Any suggestion to solve this. We have children studying for their exam, employees attending meeting and old people.
