Dear Sir/Mam,
I purchased an aggriculture land in uttar pradesh (loni), which is now converting as Residencial plot by dealors. I purchased this land via registered sell deed through a third person who is a GPA holder from the real owner of the land. Please suggest me I want to take Notarised NOC from the Real Owner regarding transfer his all rights of the immovable property in my name. Is it enough for transfer of immovable property's right or any other alternate is better than this. I have not more money to invest in registration fee. Kindly help me out of this situation. Please send me any performa of NOC which suits to my situation.
Sir,
I filed partition suit against my sister for my share. My sister created forged relinquishment deed after preliminary de ree to take my share in the property. After 3 years my sister's daughter who claimsto be minor at the time of purchase of land by my mother in the year 1979 now allegedly claims the said property belongs to her and she purchased the same from the same vendor one year before my mother purchased. Sister and daughter claiming the same property against ME in partition suit filed in the year 1997.
As we have given permission to stay on our land during our absence can they claim adverse position in partition suit
Kindly advise me

Need help
Hi, I need help.
One of my friend received a negative judgement on a case u/s 125 CrPC, I have few questions regarding this.
1. He is planning to go for revision, I believe the timeline to file revision application with HC is 90 days, is it feasible to go for revision or it is better to go for appeal? for which timeline is 30 days.
2. The timeline for filing revision / appeal starts from which date? date of order or date of receipt of certified copies?
3. If he is going for revision, can the petitioner (winning party) file application for enforcement of order?
4. If he receive negative judgement on revision application, can he go for appeal then with HC appellate authority or he then need to go for appeal with supreme court?
5. What else petitioner can do to enforce this order?
6. What other remedies we have to stop enforcement of this order?
I appreciate if you experts can help me answering my each question in-line.
