bank file recovery suit for credit card payment us 37 against me how can i protect my self

sir,
Kindly let me know that if a credit card company has filed a litigation u/s 137,what are the consequences and what ae the remedies available to me as the defendent.

Someody has advised me that I can file an "INJECTION SUIT" ...kindly advice what does that mean and will it help

I have many credit card from all mnc bank in india, i had used these cards for almost 3-9yr and was a regular payer of all my dues on time.
But due to a sudden my financial crisis I had lost all my money which i took out of the credit card and hence i have no money to pay......Banks have issued notices,filed cases against me,I had visited many lawyers but of no use as some one say something....some say other thing what can i do....sir i am very poor guy and need right move to get out this legal problem......please help me sir.i know your time is very valueable but if u can help me i will be really very thankful to you..its like giving me new life.

Min. Wages Act

Dear All,
Is Min Wages Act becomes applicable to company head quartered in Mumbai having no other regd. branches in other parts of India.

But carrying on business on project basis on the client site in Delhi and some other places.

If it is applicable then which rates would be applicable to the co., Mumbai or Delhi rates?

From where I can get the various notifications related to this matter.

What are the different rates according to Mumbai and Delhi for graduates, under graduates, 12 pass ans below that.

Registration of a Website in India by a foreign company

Can anybody please teel me the law to govern:

1. Registration of a website in India by a foreign company.
2. What kind of services we can offer on such website (services like web hosting, rigtone download, games downloading, photos UPLOADING or social networking like orkut or yahoo community).

NCR Bank Cheques

Hi!
I am in a confusion.
Does a cheque of Faridabad bank branch (NCR area)submitted in a new delhi branch bank is counted as a LOCAL or OUTSTATION CHEQUE.

Please Clarify.

Query About registration

Hi,

I would like to ask What is I have formed a group and having a member around 100 of same proffesion. How to register my group so that I not have to face legal prob. But if registered we are not in a situation to sit in office we all are proffesional and doing job. and had a group..........!
