what are the legal obligations/liabilities of employer when an employee or contractor worker completes 240 days of service in an year ?

My friend is a owner of a land which was allotted to him by issuing patta in his favor by govt of A.P in the year 1990,now in emergency of his health or for the reasons of performing marriage of his daughter, if I he wants to sell the property which is only Income source to him, can I he sell the property which is assigned, if yes what is the limitation period for selling the property from the date of issuing patta in his name, is there any permission required to sell the land, and if yes who is the permitting authority?

My father got one house acquired by my grandfather from his own money through will which is registered ( registered will ), my grandfather has 5 sons & 3 daughter. He gives exclusively to my father & he clearly state that no relative or any of his son or any daughter except my father is having any right over this. He died 4 year before & in that will 2 persons are witness in which one is my grand mother & one person is my dads friend . No will made after this registered will. Now we get named my father in Municipal cooperation also & from last 3 year my father is paying the municipal taxs ( house tax )of that property in his name.
tell me the more things what we have to do , No relatives lives in this house except my father family , but other brother usually comes here. Now they says that they need share in this will because they are not aware about that will & my grand mother also died.
tell me what we do so that if they sue us than we can help ourself.

An Hon'ble High court probably High Court of Judicature at Allahabad had given a verdict that when an organisation or department does not give wages or salary to its employee under the plea of finanvial crunch, then the Employer or Managing Director of organisation too cannot take or draw salary.
Please provide me copy of the judgement.

Recently Hon'ble Supreme Court of India (Justice Markanday Katju & Justice H K Sema) has given a verdict reverting earlier decision of Guwahati High Court that ACR should be shown to a government servant.
Ref:Case of Sri Devdutt Executive Engineer vs. Border Roads Engineering Services
Kindly provide me copy of the Judgement.

Dear Sir/mam,
i read one of the article from you. i need ur help regarding the case of domestic violence.
i am suffering from domestic violence. please guide me on the following issues.
1) my wife had involved me and my family members in the case 498-a in the year 24th june 1999. but after some timethe case was muttualy compromised to save my mother and sister.
2) me and my wife started living seperately after the withdrawl of the case.
3)but after sometime my wife started making false alligations on my family members in the influence of her parents which lead to affect our married life.
4)now five months back she left my house without informing me started living with her parents.i tried to resolve the problem but no signs for comproise came from there side.
5) so finally i disscussed with my family members and came to decission to part.
6) so i filled a divorce case on 20th feb,2008.
7) on 7th may the hon'ble judge called us for compromise,my wife along with my inlaws asured the learned judge that my wife is ready for any compromise.
8)very next day i and my family members recieved the court summons of domestic violence .which was filled on 6th may,2008.
please suggest me that whether my family members who were not living with me and my wife for the last nine years can be involved in domestic violence consideing that they didnt even visit my house for the past 9 years.
and also suggest me that what legal procedure or rights i have against this law.

Whether arrears of wages will attract ESI & PF.Employer is required to pay contribution for pf,esi on revised salary.Employer needs to pay seperatte challan for remittance of PF.,

Family Property-Paternal Uncle-Denying to share property.
Our Family property is to be shared between my father, elder paternal uncle and younger paternal uncle, my elder paternal uncle is occupying the house(family property) with his family for the past 25 years or so, and he is denying to give our share and likes to own the family house for himself, my younger paternal uncle and my dad tried their level best and requested for years to give their share but elder paternal uncle is not ready to give our shares. The family house is in cuddalore, we are living in kanchipuram and younger parental uncle lives in villupuram. Please guide me on how to get our share from the family house.
