mother and her daughter were registered release deed in favour their son/brother for one year back, no consideration was taken by the releasee. This property belongs releasee's father who expired. This transaction was done only for loan purpose. Releasee has taken loan from the bank. Now released dosent care his mother and married sister.my question above said release can be cancelled by the releasor in the absence of the releasee

once you have relinquished your right , title interest in flat by registered relinquishment deed you have no rights on said flat . hence question of cancellation does not arise
