in a certified copy of partnership deed issued by the registrar ,are the contents and clauses in the original partnership deed retyped ie are the contents of the certified copy and the original partnership deed exactly the same

Contents of both original and certified copy of any need is supposedly identical unless there is any human error.

i wanted the clauses to be mentioned as in the original partnership deed .my query is whether in a certified copy all the clauses are retyped as it is in the original deed or not

There cannot be any difference between certify copy and original deed.

Certified copies were issued typewtitten, presently photocopied. TN Civil courts issue both type. Ask you want xerox certified
