change of caste from obc to sc

dear sir/madam, i am a civil service aspirant, and belongs to dhangar(gadariya) community. i took four attempts in ias by obc certificate of gadariya.. now i came to know that the dhangar community which is subcaste of gadariya comes in sc category.. and originally i am a dhangar subcaste of gadariya.. i want to apply in civil services with dhangar(sc) certificate.. so i want to know whether i may face any problem in future. i have both certificate one of obc as gadariya and another one is dhangar as sc.. so whether i should cancel the obc certificate to get the benefit of sc.. kindly guide me in this direction as early as possible.. thank you

sir one problem is that there are very few peoples who have dhangar certificate. mostly have gadariya obc certificate as to get the sc dhangar certificate is not esy one.. so kindly guide me in this dirwction also.. vijay

it is notified in central govt list of sc since 1950

If the caste was SC since 1950 the :-

(i) how at all it could be in OBC list for the same state.

(ii) how is it you did not get SC certificate from same state.

please come clear with facts.

please remember.

if you do not belong to the caste which was notified as SC (for which you have already created evidence), it may be rosy to get a job in SC quota by manipulating a certificate

But it may not be rosy:-

(i) to be thrown out of job, after society see one joining a prestigious post and after being overage for even a clerk's job.

(ii) to keep serving till fag end and then get caught at the age of 55(+)and face the consequences of getting out without pension and chances of FIR.

You first apply for community certificate from the concerned revenue department on the basis of your relevancy of the subject matter, get it confirmed.
