Hello all experts ,
I have just given finals BSL LLB. I want to start practice but no support from any source. How to start practice please guide me respected seniors/experts.

What Support is Required.Meet A Very Good Senior Advocate Specializing in which you have the Preference Civil/Criminal etc and join him as his junior.For the First year you will be given only the jobs like filing in sections etc and slowly you would be allowed to Practice.In 3 years you could be a Good Advocate with individual Capacity.In that 3 years what ever the Senior Pays you have to accept and that 3 years not for earning but for Learning.All the Best.

All professional courses first 3 years or so it is official or un official internship . Till few years back after doing llb they had compulsory 1 year internship with experience adv now they have kept exam.
In internship don't expect any pay to be Frank don't compare yourself with others who are doing service , it is learning you need to learn even to present in front of judge etc.
All professional including medical they give max travelling charges to those who do internship , don't expect more in reality
To get work try to be with your potential client like other professional don't expect other adv to give you their work you can get work from people who are from different proffession , police station is also good source

Some experienced adv have criticize me I have made this forum academic session but honestly I feel I get more exposure to field and understanding the field . Biggest problem is dealing with individual client is that they in life time hardly pay fee apart from family Dr.
One experience adv told me once in past their was nothing like sitting fee it is new trend we use to only get fee when we use to do work , most of our concentration in trial was to get proper and strong evidence get it admitted . Civil court use to have more cases in past now very few cases are dealt in civil comparatively all goes in one tribunal or other or other forum. After completing, approach state Bar Council and get registered. It is better to have assistance of some senior lawyer to gain experience.
