For taking 3 year llb admission

Sir,
I am B.Com and MBA and working professional. My age is 41 years . I got above 50% marks in my B.com. I want to take admission in three ( 3) years LLB couse. My queries are :
1. Am I eligible to take admission
2. Or there any age bar restriction .
Please confirm me so that I can make my plan.l

You are eligible to take admission into 3 year LL.B course without any upper age limit as per Supreme court and BCI rules.

I was in Bar Council of India office , that time office-bearers told us that Age restriction there is stay and at this stage, you can take admission, rather they insist better anyone who is elder they may be guided take admission quickly and complete quickly. You never know what final verdict can come in this matter which may affect you directly / indirectly. Means Age limit removed but some other twisted rule made so part-time student (non-serious type) can not study etc.

Yes, at present there is no age restriction for admission to LLB course.
