During the time of joining the compnay some employees gave there date of births as they know. After some years of service they have been transferred from one Mines to another Mines. We are maintaining a Statutory record of Form 'B', in this record we have to enter the details of employee & his employment. Once the information entered in this document in future we should not make any kind of coreection because this document have produce to the Asst. Provident Fund Commisioner at the time of there Pension eligiblity. In said Form 'B' there is a one column is there that shows " date of Birth or Age" any one we have to mention.
In 1970's there is system is there in PF those who are completed cetain years of service they only are eligible for PF.
Now some employees age is calculating for EPS. Now I am going to ask you shall make any kind changes on Date of Birth dates in Form-2 which we have already submitted to APFC.
