defective construction material used to make road

In my colony MCD constructed road three months back... but just in three months road which they have made damaged completely. The reason was rain and bad construction material..... what action I can take against the government officers. kindly help meriven

at this stage u simply apprise the the municipal bodies of the fact of bad construction....being an active citizen take help of some local newspaper as well.

let some action be taken against erring official and contractor.

u can act as a complainant before the govt agency.

take help of Right to Information Act, wherever necessry.riven

u may also use section 89 of CPC and can file civil suit for damages along-with 2 citizens of the area.riven
