in court digree it is settled that the amount has to be payed with in 15/12/2009 can this allowed time be extended.

is there is provision for the above

time can be extended, but for that u have to move the matter with prior notice to other side, and u have mention the dlifficulty to the court. it is the discretionary power of the court.

After passing the decree, court can do nothing and it is the mutual understanding of the parties to get extended the period of payment without the involvement of court.
