Duplicate DD

Would you please tell me . how can I get a duplicate DD from bank ? My original DD is with me but it is torn by my dog . so please guide me how can I get a duplicate DD

You may or may not remain anonymous, but that fact is that yours is not a legal problem to be solved through this forum.

This is a procedural problem that could have been solved in consultation with your own bank.

Another thing, you have the need to tame your dog, so that he may not cause loss to you by damaging your precious documents. What would you have done, had he torn your property papers?
