"this appointment is subjected to the final verdict of Hon'ble High Court vide writ petition No............" i.e.,some persons filed a case against appointment and it is in court now. Please let me know is there any Supreme court order/judgement that my appointment is valid. I am in anxiety and agony.

Yes. But I am anxious that some people says that without public announcement it is illegal appointment and service may be terminated. Would you please tell me the prospect of the matter in my favour.

Dear Sanju,

There should be not be any cause of worry for you if you have been appointed on call through employment exchange.

For any Government or autonomous body under the Government, it is quite essential to notify their group C & D vacancies first to the employment exchange either to get suitable candidates or to get its NOC before going for public notification for recruitment from open market.

The organisations can go for public announcement only when the employment exchanges are not able to provide suitable candidates for the posts. The organisations can resort to public notification only after getting NOC from the regional employment exchange.

So, nothing is illegal in your appointment case. The Government will fight its own case. However, as a party you can also provide necessary support to the organisation by appointing a knowledgeable advocate in support of your case.
