Expanding initials in driving license

I would like to expand my name initials in drivers license. I want to know whether this little modification of name in display will cause any legal issues.
After license I would like to do the same with my other documents like Aadhar, Votersid, LIC policies & also my bank accounts. Initials are expanded in passport & pancard as they are compulsory for those two documents. But my school and college certificates have just my name with initials.
Will this cause any problems after I do this, as everywhere except my academic certificates my name will be expanded. I also plan to do my higher studies further. Knowledgeable lawyers can explain more on this particular issue.

Approach the driving license issuing authority, know the procedure / documents required by them for the rectification / amendment and proceed.

Thanks for the reply. I was asking about the potential problems, not about the procedure to do it.
I want to use such a change in license as a base to make the same change in other documents like aadhar, PAN, VotersID, Passport and things like bank accounts, investment accounts, LIC policies the procedure for making those changes I already know, except my academic certificates which I know cannot be changed.
All my past school, college and university certificates are in my unexpanded name and I am about to do my post-graduation. So keeping that in mind, the only thing I want to know is how this slight modification will affect my past and future certificates whether it will lead to any future problems for employment and still higher studies.
