Dear sirs,
I joined a company (tcs) in the month of July. My training was in kerala. Due to some family problem I was not able to concentrate on my job. On the other side, one faculty member kept torturing me. I was frustrated. My brother was in hospital. so I came to my home after completing 3 months in kerala.
After few days my brother started feeling better and I went to other place for the preparation as I heard that they don't allow to rejoin the company after when u don't go for around 1 month. so I started preparing for other companies and went to delhi. Now some of my friends got legal notice stating that they have to pay the bond money within 7 days. As I am unemployed at the moment and and having financial problem Please tell me sir what should I do??
Thank you,
best regards,
prakash

you have very callous in your approach . the company spends money on selecting right cnadidate , training the employee and you leave without serving the company during the bond period . naturally company is going to take legal action .
contact a local lawyer and reply to notice

Your description reveals as if neither you got your leave sanctioned nor submitted your resignation before leaving the organisation. Further, you have just presumed that the company would not allow you to rejoin your duty/training instead of contacting the company management. That way, when you have signed a bond with the company and have breached its conditions, no escape seems to be there for you to avoid payment of the bond money.
However, you may better try to contact the management to get exemption from paying the bond money by convincing them aboout your circumstance of deserting the company and present financial position.

You are welcome, but better contact the company where the solution lies for you. Legally, you can't avoid payment of the bond money.

The reputed companies generally do not chase the employee asking for bond money.
You better meet the HR people and settle amicably.

Wait till you are not served with any notice.Do you possess the copy of bond you signed? What was the amount fixed for breach? How much stamp duty is paid on it?
Do you remember?
In case you do not pay they would have to file suit of
damages and compensation which would be awarded only on proof on the basis of actual damages caused to them but subject to maximum of bond amount, even if any excess sum is proved.

Avoiding service of notice may not be of any help.Do you have any proof of having gone fainted and hospitalized.?Was misbehavior reported in writing to head of facility?

sir i have medical documents of when I had been sent for check up... sir I reported to the delivery head and few more faculty members about that faculty lady who kept torturing me.. Even many members and delivery head knew her reality but no one bothered to take any step against her.
That faculty lady always kept demotivating me.

Then why did not you charge them of inaction in writing making the same as cause of giving up the job.

Sir that lady always kept favoring south Indian guys. she never liked to see any north Indian. I never knew this could happen as I only focused on my studies. As delivery head didn't take any action i thought nothing could be done now.

No new secret about favouritism. That happens in every community and region in the whole of the world. Your action should be restricted towards fulfillment of your own duties, responsibilities and obligations with due sincerity.
