Dear Experts,
A is having land an extent of 3 Acres.X is trying to dispossess from land of A.Hence A got an Injunction order in his favor from the COURT filing a suit for perpetual Injunction against X and the suit is pending for disposal.after 'A' receiving the Injunction order 'X' got a status co. order from the Revenue Court by Revenue Divisional Officer not to sale of the land.That too after receiving notice from the Hon'ble court along with copy of Injunction order. Now 'A' wants to sale of the land.There is clear order of injunction that nobody should not interfere of 'A' land.'X' is the only relative of 'A'. can 'A'sale of his land to any one at present as 'A' is badly in need of money.kindly advice in this regard.Thanq.

A can definitely sale his land without obtaining prior permission of any court but it shall be safer for him to first get the reevenue case adjourned sine-die on the basis of order of civil court.
The order of civil court overrides any order of revenue court so first get it done and then move ahead.
