government of tamil nadu housing and urban development has issued a GO in the year 1991 for conversion of a land from nursery school to house site. After 22 years it is challenged now. what is the position under law of limitation

Since the remedy lies in a writ petition. No strict limitation period is applicable. However if you are guilty of laches court may refuse to entertain your plea.

Only if the site is intact and has not been used for the purpose it was acquired then the original owner by way of writ can still challenge it before high court.
