Section 307

Sir
About 5 to 6 person beated my relative but there is no much external physical injury.
This happened becouse there was a quarell between the person and my relative.
Now we have decided to go for FIR under section 307.
So please tell me what necessary steps should i take for this case.

the offences will be added in the FIR as per the injuries and the MLR

there is no discretion on your part to get a FIR registered under offences of your own choice.

the police may add or subtract the offences after the investigation.

it depends on nature of injury.its of 2 types.simple or grievous.be in touch with mlr.

Sir i want to say here we have 4 to 5 witness who r present at the spot and if they did nt stop the quarrel,may b its leads to death of my relative.

Unless accused intended to murder no crime u/s 307 would be deemed to have been committed.
