Sir
When i was in college my father has rented our house groun floor and we shifted to first floor(in our newly constructed duplex) and now after nearly 7 years we have asked our tenants to vacate our home as my father is suffering from arthritis and for him it is difficult to climb stairs and as i am also going to get married in one year so i want to stay on first floor.
But our tenants have refused to vacate our accomudation and our aggrement have also expired 1 year ago, so how should i proceed as my father is 72yrs, i have to do something to help him.
I live in Panchkula(Haryana)
Regards

You can file a case for vacation of the house for personal use. Take the services of a local lawyer.

well as on date your agreement has expired . you ought to have taken security depsoit from tenant before giving falt on leave and license and have agreement duly stamped and regd
your only option is to file suit for eviction . since your father is 72 years you cna make application for expediting final hearing of case as he is senior citizen

There is no short cut way to get justice in India. The cases would take its own time. You can file suit for eviction on the ground of your bona fide need.
