hello sir,
i have a purchase a notory land in the year 2011, now iam planing to construct the building of 2 floor in that notory land. any problem occurs during the construction by MCH PEOPLE. KINDLY GIVE THE SOLUTION AND SECTION REGARDING THE NOTORY LAND CONSTRUCITON.

If by 'notary land' you mean to say that you purchased the land through a notarized sale deed which is not registered then your deed is a waste paper and you can never get permission of construction from MCH .
You should contact your vendor and get a fresh sale deed executed and get the same registered in concerned registry office.

If notory land is Notary Land fully agree with the expert Prabhakar singh ji, It is just a piece of paper and can not confirm any title on the land.
