Hello,
I want to marry a girl whom i am in love for the last 5 years. Only problem arising is our native place is the same that is her house is just a stone's throw away. I am based in Mumbai and she from Varanasi. As per my interrogation i have found out that our family tree is the same and as per relation she is my niece and i am her uncle.Also i would like to inform you that there is no immediate relation between our family. My great grandfather were two brothers out one is our family and out of the second brother is her family.
Request you to reply whether marriage in this situation is possible.

I thank you all for your advice. I would like to inform you that we both are of young age under 30. I would like to inform you that the girl is not willing to understand and wants to marry only me and even i want to desperately marry her as its been too long. Can you please guide what course of action can the girls parents can take if they want to? The girl is willing to runaway from her place and come to me alone for which i dont have any objection. If this happens how can a legal action be initiated against me and in what manner? Are there any chances that a case under section 363 can be lodged against me in a court of law even if i havent gone to her place to pick her? Your reply in this regard would be very valuable.

This is not a case of abduction but your marriage will have no legal recognition and just think what your children if they are born healthy think about both of you.

You say that you came to know about your relationship with the girl only on your interrogation through some sources,have not confirmed?, The way you described your relationship, there appears that there is no close relationship between you both or whether you have missed out some vital information about further descendant relationship? If the girl is major by age, the question of abduction will not arise, she is fleeing her house to join on her own and not that you have forced her, there is nothing wrong in it, moreover since you both are not close relatives, the provisions of prohibitory relationship may not arise, even if it arises after your marriage, let them prove it, go ahead.
