Our Company is under Factory's Act. We have the HR Consultants for calculating the Leave records. I want to know what are the Earned Leave, Sick Leave, Casual Leave Rules as per Factory's Act? Also for calculating the Leave Earned by an Employee whether Weekly Offs & Paid holidays are deducted & calculated on Actual days work?

If you have already hired services of a HR consultant, he should be well aware of the service rules for the factories under the factory act. However, if he is ignorant about the rules, your company can well afford to hire services of some other service law expert, as the leave rules are not such a small issue to be sorted out through brief notes by casual queries and replies at this forum.
