No decision since one year of last hearing

Dear Sir,
In one of a matter in consumer court, last date when the file was reserved for order was 11 May 2012... but since then no order has been pronounced... which was supposed to be against CitiBank.

What are the options available to the Complainant, should he file an RTI, when no proper response is there from the court ?

You are advised to file a memo before the consumer forum for delivery of Order which they have reserved.

yes have the papers produced . request court to pass order in your case as judgement reserved for more than a year

Making a written representation is the only remedy failing which make a representation to the State Consumer commission directing DCDRF to decide the matter as earliest as possible.
